PrecAgri4All modernises agricultural Vocational Education and Training in Ukraine and Georgia, bridging the technology gap between smart-farming innovation and the people who work the land.
PrecAgri4All — Empowering Smallholders through Precision Agriculture Training to Bridge the Technology Gap in Ukraine and Georgia — integrates Precision Agriculture (PA) technologies and methodologies into VET systems.
Despite the critical economic importance of agriculture in both countries, outdated training systems, low PA adoption and weak industry–VET collaboration hinder sustainable development and workforce competitiveness.
The project adopts a structured, multi-phase approach organised around five interconnected Work Packages: project management (WP1), design of PA Support Hubs (WP2), capacity building and curriculum development (WP3), operation of PA Support Hubs and Living Labs (WP4), and dissemination, communication and exploitation (WP5).
